What if I’m running late for my appointment?
If you are running late, we will be happy to provide treatment for whatever portion of your appointment is still available. Unfortunately, due to our booking schedule, we will in general not be in a position to extend your appointment.
What if I can’t make my appointment?
Simply give me a call to cancel or reschedule. Please refer to our cancelation policy below.
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours from the booked appointment time without incurring a penalty.
Except in the case of illness or other extenuating circumstance, if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment but do not provide at least 24 hours’ notice you will be charged a fee. Please refer to the table below for details.

If you are required to pay a fee, an invoice will be posted or emailed to you with payment details. You are required to pay the fee amount within 7 days of the invoice being sent to you. If you do not make payment, the services of a debt collector may be engaged to collect the fee owed plus any additional costs incurred in process of debt collection.
